Guests come to us from East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Springfield, Wilbraham, Ludlow, West Springfield, and Hampden, as well as from just over the state line in Enfield and Somers, for hair color, cuts, extensions, builder gel nails, facials, and waxing, all under one roof. If you've been thinking about a first visit, here's what it looks like from the moment you reserve.

You may also know us by our founding name, Hazel The Salon. It's the same team at the same address, and the new name reflects that skin care is now part of what we do.

Reserving your first appointment

It's a short appointment to talk about your hair, review photos together, and plan the right service before anything gets on the calendar.

Bring photos, including the ones you don't love

Inspiration photos are one of the most useful things you can bring, and pictures of looks you don't want can be just as helpful as the ones you do. For color services, come with your hair styled the way you usually wear it, so we can see how it falls on an ordinary day rather than a freshly styled one.

Every service starts with a conversation

Before we cut, color, apply, or touch anything, we ask questions: how you wear your hair day to day, how much time you spend styling, and what has and hasn't worked for you before. For facials, your esthetician looks closely at your skin before choosing the approach. Those first few minutes shape everything that follows. Sometimes they lead us to suggest a different route than the photo you brought, and when they do, we'll explain exactly why.

What we offer

On the salon side, guests come to us for haircuts and styling, dimensional color and blonding, color corrections, and extensions in every major method, from hand-tied wefts and K-tip to I-tip and tape-ins. Our nail services center on builder gel overlays, natural nail care, enhancements, and nail art. In the spa, we offer results-focused facials and waxing. Many guests pair services, like a facial in the same week as a color appointment, and we're glad to help plan the timing so each one looks its best.
